Part of the reason is that it\u2019s hard to find time during a weekday morning, and Friday afternoons are usually less crowded than weekends. Plus, let&#8217;s be honest\u2014stamina isn&#8217;t what it used to be! Considering the next day\u2019s schedule, &#8220;After 4&#8221; is just right. There is also something magical about the atmosphere when the sun goes down and the park lights up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>For Tourists:<\/strong>&nbsp;I strongly recommend a&nbsp;<strong>weekday visit<\/strong>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If your goal is to ride as many attractions as possible, go right when they open on a weekday.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you want to take photos, enjoy the atmosphere, and just hit a few key rides, the<em>&nbsp;After 4<\/em>&nbsp;option is my personal pick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The best part about Lotte World is its accessibility; it&#8217;s located right at<em>&nbsp;Jamsil Station (Line 2)<\/em>. The path to the outdoor area is on the&nbsp;<strong><em>2nd floor<\/em><\/strong>; the easiest way is to take the escalator next to the&nbsp;&#8216;<em>The Adventures of Sindbad<\/em>&#8216;&nbsp;ride.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once outside, head straight for&nbsp;<em>&#8216;Atlantis&#8217;<\/em>. It is the park\u2019s signature attraction and always has the longest line. I expected it to be packed, but it was surprisingly manageable. I stayed from 5:00 PM until the 10:00 PM closing time. My route was:&nbsp;&#8216;<em>Atlantis \u2192 Dinner \u2192 World Monorail \u2192 French Revolution \u2192 Fantasy Dream (Comet Express was closed) \u2192 Sindbad \u2192 Carousel&#8217;.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are plenty of restaurants and snack stalls throughout the park.&nbsp;<strong>Lotte World allows outside food<\/strong>, so feel free to bring what you like. I grabbed a churro while waiting for Atlantis, and my friend had a character-themed cheese bread. (Growing up, my go-tos were always slushies, sausages, and hot dogs!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For dinner, we went to&nbsp;&#8216;<em>Shanghai<\/em>&#8216;&nbsp;(2nd floor, Adventure) for Jajangmyeon (\uc9dc\uc7a5\uba74, black bean noodles), a place I\u2019ve visited since I was a kid. Honestly, though, if you want to maximize your ride count, it\u2019s best to eat light!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a day spent enjoying myself without a single worry\u2014and that is exactly the charm of an amusement park.
